Need something new, try this program to test your toughness in three of the most time proven exercises. It is a lot harder than it looks.
Do a set of each exercise: pushups, pullups, and situps. Round down to the nearest 5 unless your max is under 10 (for example 32 would be 30, 48 would be 45, but a max of 7 would stay at 7).
